Transexual estudiará en Colegio Militar Fuerte Huancavilca de Guayaquil con su Identidad Femenina –  Nuevo Precedente Legal en Ecuador

La Asociación Silueta X, se complace en comunicarles que a través de la Denuncia presentada por esta organización ante la Defensoría del Pueblo #DPE-PDG-14339-12-MP-2012 sobre el caso de la Srta. Tania Paola Cruz Marcillo «Transexual femenina», se ha obtenido una respuesta positiva por parte del Rector del Colegio Fuerte Militar Huancavilca, Lcdo.  Ángel Ramos Ávila.

En este sentido, la Asociación Silueta X agradece la ágil gestión por parte de los funcionarios Abg. Marco Pacheco,  Abg. Lourdes Rangel, liderados por la Abg. Delegada defensora del pueblo Abg. María José Fernández.

En el contexto, la Srta. Tania Cruz que va a cursar el 9no año Básico a través de su motivación por superarse académicamente en un país fundamentalista como Ecuador, deja sentado un Precedente Legal en este ámbito.

En contraste al Día Internacional de Lucha contra la Trans-Lesbo-Gay-Fobia el día de ayer, 17 de Mayo del 2012 a las 19h00, la Srta. Cruz asistió a su primer día de clases  vestida con falda, blusa y tratada verbalmente en femenino… como debe ser recibida una señorita Trans.

Transgender Woman Strong Military College will study in Guayaquil Huancavilca of  her identity – New Legal Precedent in Ecuador

Silueta X Association, is pleased to announce that through this organization Complaint before the OmbudsmanDPE-PDG-14339-12-MP-2012 on the case of Ms. Tania PaolaCruz Marcillo «Female Transsexual «has received a positive response by the Rector of the College Huancavilca Military Fort, Esq. Angel Ramos Avila.

In this regard, the Association appreciates the streamlinedsilhouette X management by Abg officials. Marco Pacheco, Abg.Lourdes Rangel, led by Abg. Deputy ombudsman Abg. Maria JoseFernandez.

In the context, Ms. Tania Cruz will attend the 9th grade primary through their motivation to excel academically in a fundamentalistcountry like Ecuador, let set a legal precedent in this area.

In contrast to the International Day for Combating Trans-Gay-Lesbo-Phobia yesterday, May 17th, 2012 at 19:00, Ms. Cruz attended his first day of school wearing a skirt, blouse and treate dorally female … must be received as a lady Trans.
